The Clerk is respectfully directed to enter judgment for Plaintiff in the amount of $111,250.00 in damage s, $7,327.26 in interest, $570.09 in costs, and additional interest at a rate of 4 percent per annum (calculated on a per diem basis between the date of this opinion and the date of payment).
