Filing 42 OPINION AND ORDER: re: 26 MOTION to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). filed by Classic Security. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant Classic Security's motion to dismiss is GRANTED, and Plaintiffs Amended Complai nt is DISMISSED. Plaintiff is granted leave to replead, provided that he can do so in a manner consistent with this opinion. Any amended complaint shall be filed on or before October 18, 2019. If Plaintiff decides not to replead but wishes to file an appeal from this opinion and order, he shall file a letter to that effect no later than October 18, 2019, in which event the Court will enter final judgment.
