July 15, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 34 ORDER: Under these circumstances, Plaintiff's untimely and failed attempt to remedy the personal jurisdiction deficiencies raised by Judge Karas' Order, and her failure to respond to Judge Karas' Order to Show Cause concerning her failure to prosecute, proves fatal to her case. Accordingly, this action is dismissed with prejudice. Although this dismissal is with prejudice, the Court is mindful that Plaintiff has enforcement proceedings pending in Defendant's state of residence. June 6, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 30 OPINION AND ORDER re: 21 MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction filed by Anthony Azrak. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's Motion To Dismiss is granted. Dismissal is without prejudice. If Plaintiff wishes to file an amended comp laint, Plaintiff must do so within 30 days of the date of this Opinion. Plaintiff should include within that amended complaint all changes to correct the deficiencies identified in this Opinion that Plaintiff wishes the Court to consider. Plaintiff is advised that the amended complaint will replace, not supplement, all prior complaints and filings. The amended complaint must contain all of the claims, factual allegations, and exhibits that Plaintiff wishes the Court to consider. The Clerk of th e Court is directed to terminate the pending Motion, (Dkt. No. 21), and to mail a copy of this Opinion to both Plaintiff and Defendant. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Kenneth M.
