ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's letter of August 30, 2018, and attached proposed redacted complaint, submitted to chambers by email. Rather than filing the redacted complaint on the public docket, however, Plaintiff has requested that the complaint remain sealed in its entirety. But Plaintiff has made no effort to explain why the complaint, with appropriate redactions, should not be made publicly accessible. See Lugosch v. Pyramid Co. of Onondaga, 435 F.3d 110, 121 (2d Cir. 2006) (explaining that "a strong presumption of access attaches" to judicial documents, "under both the common law and the First Amendment"). Accordingly, Plaintiff is directed to file the redacted complaint on ECF. Plaintiff also requests that all Defendants except for Southern Glazer Wine and Spirits, LLC, be struck from the caption of the case. In light of the proposed redacted complaint submitted to the Court, this amendment is appropriate. The Clerk of Court is directed to re-caption this case Jose M. Reynoso v.
