ORDER: The Court hereby stays this action pending resolution of the motion pending before Judge Carter in the Central District of California in a case involving the same parties and substantially the same controversy. See Bienert, Miller & Katzman, PLC v. Wimbledon Financing Master Fund, Ltd., No. 8:18-cv-01464-DOC-DFM (C.D. Cal). This Court expects that Judge Carter's resolution of that motion, which is styled as a motion to enjoin this suit but in substance appears to be seeking to clarify which forum is most appropriate, to resolve that issue to this Court's satisfaction. Pending a decision as to the proper forum, the Court expects all parties to this action, served or unserved, to be diligent in preserving all records potentially relevant to this litigation.
