April 11, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 37 INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER: Joinder and Amendment. Plaintiffs may amend their complaint no later than May 13, 2019. Thereafter, the parties shall not amend their pleadings, or join additional parties, absent leave of the Court. By April 19, 2019, the parties shall either stipulate to withdrawal of plaintiffs' class certification motion (without prejudice to refiling near or after the close of fact discovery), or file a joint letter explaining why they have not been able to agree to do so. Written Discovery. The parties shall serve their initial requests for production of documents and any initial interrogatories (in compliance with Local Rule 33.3(a)) no later than May 28, 2019. Depositions and Additional Fact Discovery. All remaining fact discovery, including depositions, shall be completed no later than February 10, 2020. Close of Discovery. All discovery must be completed no later than May 1, 2010. Status Conference. Judge Moses will conduct a status conference on September 12, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. Trial. The parties have stated that the anticipated length of trial is 5 days. Plaintiffs have requested a jury trial, and as further set forth in this Order. SO ORDERED.
