CIVIL JUDGMENT. IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that under the January 29, 2016 order in Bartlett v. Tribeca Lending Corp., No. 15-CV-6102 (LAP) (S.D.N.Y. Jan. 29, 2016), the complaint is dismissed without prejudice. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from the Court's judgment would not be taken in good faith. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court mail a copy of this judgment to Plaintiff and note service on the docket. SO ORDERED. ORDER OF DISMISSAL UNDER 28 U.S.C. 1651. Because this action is a continuation of Plaintiff's pattern of vexatious and frivolous filings, he has failed to show good cause why he should be permitted to file this complaint. The Court therefore denies his IFP application and request for leave to file and dismisses this action without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to assign this matter to my docket, mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff, and note service on the docket. The Clerk of Court is further directed to terminate all other pending matters. The January 29, 2016 bar order remains in effect. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
