Upon consideration of Defendant Senior Health Insurance Company of Pennsylvania's ("SHIP") Motion for an Order Approving Deposit of a Sum Certain in the Court's Registry Pending Appeal, and any response thereto, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. In accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 67, the principal sum to be invested is $467,795.32, which shall be held in an interest bearing account. Upon application to the Court by SHIP and further Order of this Court, the full sum of $519,252.81 will be returned to SHIP if a federally approved bond company grants SHIP a surety in the amount of $519,252.81, which is the amount to be bonded.
