ORDER: On July 12, this action was stayed to permit a state court proceeding addressing these same issues to complete its considerations of them. Beginning on July 15, the plaintiff has filed a series of applications, to which the defendant has responded. It is hereby ORDERED that the plaintiff shall file no further applications with this Court until the Honorable Justice Schlomo S. Hagler has ruled on the motion to vacate the judgment, which is sub judice, or has otherwise concluded the proceedings before him. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff may file a status report on December 1, 2019, and may request further relief at that time. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the July 19 application to file materials under seal is denied at this time. The documents may not be filed in this Court. Should the stay be lifted, plaintiff may renew his application to file the materials if they are relevant to any properly presented application.
