ORDER: On July 8, 2019, Plaintiffs filed a complaint with this Court, and on July 22, 2019, they filed a motion for a preliminary injunction. Dkt Nos. 1 & 7. As service has now been completed on Defendants, Dkt. No. 7, the Court will hold a scheduling hearing on the motion for a preliminary injunction on July 29, 2019, at 3:00pm. Before then, the parties shall meet and confer and be prepared to discuss at the hearing: (1) a proposed briefing schedule for the preliminary injunction, (2) whether discovery is necessary on the motion for a preliminary injunction, and (3) whether an evidentiary hearing is necessary on the motion for a preliminary injunction and, if so, a proposed time frame for that hearing.
