This notice of dismissal is being filed with the Court before service by Defendants of either an answer or a motion for summary judgment. SO ORDERED.The parties in 19 Civ. 6669 and 19 Civ. 7198 shall submit one joint letter and one case management plan for the initial conference scheduled on September 19, 2019, at 10:30 A.M. The joint letter should also address (1) whether the two cases should be consolidated and (2) if the cases are consolidated, how the parties propose to handle the issues of lead counsel and lead plaintiff.
