STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT. 1. Delta filed the Complaint in this Action on August 9, 2019. 2. Delta served 24 7 with the Summons and Complaint on August 12, 2019. Delta previously consented to extend 24 7's time to respond to the Complaint until September 17, 2019. 3. 24 7 Customer Philippines, which is represented by the same counsel as 24 7, acknowledges service of the Summons and Complaint as of September 17, 2019. 4. Counsel for Defendants further requests a brief extension of time to prepare a response to the Complaint on behalf of both Defendants. 5. Therefore, the parties agree that the time for 24 7 and 24 7 Customer Philippines to respond to the Complaint is extended to October 25, 2019.
