ORDER REGARDING EARLY MEDIATION AND THE INITIAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE: It is hereby ORDERED that counsel for all parties shall appear for an initial pretrial conference with the Court on December 5, 2019, at 2:45 p.m. in Courtroom 1105 of the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse, 40 Centre Street, New York, New York.
