April 1, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 39 ORDER. It is hereby ORDERED Plaintiff shall promptly file proof of service of the FAC, and that any motion for default judgment shall be filed, in accordance with the Court's Individual Rules and Practices for Civil Cases (available at https://nysd.uscourts.gov/hon-jesse-m-furman), no later than April 16, 2020. The Meza Defendants shall file any opposition to the motion for default judgment no later than May 7, 2020. If Defendants Eric Rosenthal and Nicholas Cascio believe they have standing to oppose the motion, they may also file an opposition to the motion by May 7, 2020, addressing, among other things, their basis for standing. Any reply shall be filed by May 14, 2020.
