STIPULATION AND ORDER, IT 18 HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED as follows: 1. Defendant hereby accepts service of the Summons and Complaint in this action and submits to the jurisdiction of this Court. 2. Defendant shall respond to the Complaint no later than February 10, 2020. 3. Defendant's undersigned counsel now holds, and will continue to hold, the sum of$293,700 (the "Funds") in escrow in his IOLA attorney trust account and the Funds will not be disbursed except by order or judgment of this Court or by written agreement executed by the patties and their counsel. 4. Plaintiff accepts the deposit of the Funds and the execution of the Agreement as collateral for the Liens, which are hereby discharged and, accordingly, Plaintiff, promptly upon delivery of proof by Defendant's undersigned counsel of receipt of the Funds into Defendant'sundersigned counsel's IOLA attorney trust account, will: as further set forth herein.
