Roussel, Esq.; and Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP i/s/h/a Winget, Spadafora, Schwartz, LLP's ("Winget Defendants") request for an extension of time to respond to the complaint. (ECF 12). That request is GRANTED. The Winget Defendants shall file and serve a response to the complaint by January 24, 2020. The Court is also in receipt of Plaintiff's request to re-file the complaint's exhibits separately from the complaint on the docket. (ECF 11).
