STIPULATION: 1. The Complaint filed in this action on June 11, 2020 shall be deemed to have been served on all Defendants as of the date this Stipulation is approved and entered by the Court. 2. Except as to service of process, in joining this Stipulation, Defendants do not thereby waive, and expressly reserve, all objections and defenses to these actions, including without limitation any objections and defenses as to personal jurisdiction and venue. 3. This action is hereby consolidated as a member case to the J.M. Smith case, Civil Action No. 1:19-cv-7233. 4.
