Filing 24 MEDIATION REFERRAL ORDER: This case involves claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. 201 et seq., and the parties seek to participate in the Court-annexed Mediation Program within sixty days. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court is referring this case to mediation under Local Civil Rule 83.9 and that mediation shall be scheduled within forty-five days.
