Provided that this prohibition shall not apply to fundraising for political purposes on behalf of a Person that is not a Charitable Organization where donations shall be used to lobby or fund campaigns for or against candidates, ballot initiatives, or legislation, or fund political influence campaigns. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Settling Defendant, Settling Defendant's officers, agents, and employees, and all other persons in active concert or participation with any of them, who receive actual notice of this Order, whether acting directly or indirectly, in connection with fundraising for donations other than Charitable Contributions, are permanently restrained and enjoined from misrepresenting or assisting others in misrepresenting, expressly or by implication; as further set forth herein. B.
