August 27, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 14 CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: All parties do not consent to conducting all further proceedings before a United States Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial. 28 U.S.C. 636(c). Any motion to amend or to join additional parties shall be filed within 30 days from the date of this Order. Depositions shall be completed by November 19, 2021. All expert discovery, including expert depositions, shall be completed no later than February 11, 2022. This case is not to be tried to a jury. Counsel for the parties have conferred and their present best estimate of the length of trial is 3 days. The initial conference previously scheduled for August 30, 2021, is adjourned sine die. The Court approves and so orders the parties' proposed schedule. The parties shall file a joint status letter on or before November 1, 2021, addressing the status of discovery and whether the parties wish to be referred to Magistrate Judge Aaron for a settlement conference at that time.
