September 9, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 19 CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: All parties consent to to conducting all further proceedings before a United States Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial. 28 U.S.C. 636(c). Any motion to amend or to join additional parties shall be filed 10/13/2021. All fact discovery shall be completed no later than 1/11/2022. All expert discovery, including reports, production of underlying documents, and depositions, shall be completed no later than 2/25/2022. This case is to be tried to a jury. September 3, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER. In light of the COVID-19 situation, the Court will not hold the upcoming conference in this case in person. Counsel should submit their proposed case management plan and joint letter by the Thursday prior to the conference, as directed in the Court's earlier Scheduling Order.
