ENDORSEMENT: If the parties wish to have the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce the June 9, 2023 Settlement Agreement, then within 30 days, the terms of the Settlement Agreement must be placed on the public record and "so ordered" by the Court. See Hendrickson v. United States, 791 F.3d 354, 358 (2d Cir. 2015). If the parties seek only to have the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce the Consent Injunction, then by July 5, 2023, the parties shall file an amended proposed Consent Injunction. Specifically, the parties shall modify the proposed Consent Injunction to stand on its own, without requiring reference to the Settlement Agreement for a comprehensive understanding of the Consent Injunction's terms. The parties shall also modify the Consent Injunction to expressly provide that the Court shall retain jurisdiction for purposes of enforcing the Consent Injunction. SO ORDERED.
