Filing 12 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: It is hereby: ORDERED, that Respondent Stripe, Inc. ("Respondent") or their attorneys, show cause before this Court, at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, 40 Foley Square, Room 443, New York, New York 10007 on August 28, 2024, at 4:00P.M. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why an Order should not be entered, as further set forth herein. ORDERED, that service of a copy of this Order to Show Cause, and the papers upon which it is based, shall be made by overnight mail delivery to Respondent, attn: General Counsel, at 354 Oyster Point Road, South San Francisco, California 94080, so that it is received by Respondent on or before August 23, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. EST (9:00 A.M. PST) and that such service be deemed good and sufficient service; and it is further ORDERED that Respondent's answering papers, if any, shall be filed with the Court and served upon Petitioner's counsel by ECF no later than August 26, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. EST; and it is further ORDERED, that Petitioner's reply papers in further support of its application, if any, shall be filed with the Court and served upon Respondent by ECF no later than August 27, 2024, at 9:00 A.M.
