CONSENT DECREE: Upon approval and entry of this Consent Decree by the Court, this Consent Decree shall constitute a final judgment of the Court as to the United States and the Legacy Parties. The Court finds that there is no just reason for delay and therefore enters this judgment as a final judgment under Fed. R. Civ. P. 54 and 58. XXIV.EXHIBITS 90. The following Exhibits are attached to and part of this Consent Decree: Exhibit A: Notice of Terms of Consent Decree for Contractors and Subcontractors Exhibit B: Checklist for Renovations Regulated by the Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule Exhibit C: Ability-to-Pay Documentation.
