ORDER SCHEDULING INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE: It is ORDERED that the initial conference scheduled to take place on December 17, 2024, before the Honorable John G. Koeltl, United States District Judge (Dkt. 4) is RESCHEDULED to December 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., in Courtroom 20A, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, before the undersigned magistrate judge. At the conference, counsel must be prepared to discuss the status of the case and the subjects set forth in Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b) and (c).
