January 28, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 8 STIPULATION AND ORDER OF SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSAL WHEREAS Plaintiff TASTE OF LEX CORP., filed a complaint on December 13, 2024, requesting that the Court review and set aside the Final Agency Decision of Defendants UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICE (collectively, "Defendants" or the "USDA") to temporarily disqualify Plaintiff, for a period of six months, from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program ("SNAP"); and WHEREAS the Parties desire to resolve all claims in this action, and to obtain an order from this Court encompassing the terms of said settlement: IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the Parties, through their respective counsel, as follows: This action is dismissed with prejudice with the Parties to bear their own costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees.
