Filing 224 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 184 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Vincent Granuzzo, Internationl Business Machines Corporation, Robert (Bob) Murphy. Having found no error, clear or otherwise, the Court adopts in its enti rety Judge Smith's thorough and well-reasoned R&R as the opinion of the Court. Plaintiff's objections are OVERRULED. Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. The Clerk is instructed to terminate the pending motion (Doc. #18 4) and close this case. The Clerk is further instructed to mail a copy of this memorandum opinion and order to plaintiff at the address on the docket. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
