OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, to the extent Plaintiff seeks compensation in this Action for the use of display of his allegedly copyrighted photographs, those claims are dismissed on preemption grounds. The Court will not consider the sufficiency of the remaining claims at this time. The Parties are to submit letters to the Court, not to exceed three single-spaced pages, within 14 days explaining whether the Court should consolidate this Action with Docket Number 17-CV-1839 or remand this Action back to state court.
