(Dkt.No.1.) Accordingly, because Torres has not alleged that he is admitted to the bar, the Court dismisses the claims of NYTR, YYTR, SRTR, and LVTR. Dismissal is without prejudice to allow Torres to obtain counsel for his children, and as further set forth in this Order.
