May 8, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER OF SERVICE: The Court dismisses Plaintiff's claims against Carlos Moran for failure to state a claim. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). Plaintiff may seek leave to file an amended complaint, should she wish to do so, to assert c laims under the New York State Human Rights Law against any individuals, as set forth in this order. The Clerk of Court is instructed to issue a summons for the Yonkers City School District, complete the USM-285 form with the address for Defendant, and deliver all documents necessary to effect service to the U.S. Marshals Service. The Clerk of Court is also directed to mail an information package to Plaintiff. Plaintiff may receive court documents by email by completing a Consent to Electronic Service form. SO ORDERED.
