| Filing 5 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff indicates that she is employed and that her monthly income is $3264. She receives government benefits to cover her health insurance, as well as child support in the amount of $308 per month. Plaintiff has also recently received $3,000 in stimulus payment from the government. Plaintiff's monthly expenses, such as rent, food, and various other expenses associated with her vehicle and children are $3,492 per month. Based on the Court's review of plaintiff's monthly income, expenses, and funds available in her checking account, the Court finds that plaintiff has not put forth sufficient indications of indigency, and therefore, her motion is denied. Plaintiff has until May 14, 2021 to pay the $402.00 filing fee. If plaintiff does not pay the filing fee or otherwise seek relief from this Order by May 14, 2021, the Clerk of Court will dismiss this case without prejudice without further order. Signed by Hon.
