DECISION AND ORDER denying 10 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; granting in part and denying in part 11 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. Defendants motion for judgment on the pleadings (Docket #10) is denied. Plaintiffs cross-motion (Do cket #11) is denied to the extent that it seeks a remand for calculation of benefits, and is granted to the extent that it seems a remand for further administrative proceedings.
