Following plaintiff's deposition on 1/16/2018, the parties are directed to confer on amended scheduling deadlines, and defendants' counsel shall submi t a jointly-proposed amended scheduling order by no later than 1/19/2018. Plaintiff's motion to compel 72 is granted in part and denied in part as explained more fully within. Defendants are directed to make their mandatory disclosures (those documents that respond to paragraph 3 of this Court's 5/4/2017 scheduling order 51 available for inspection by plaintiff upon reasonable notice, including during the week preceding his 1/16/2018 deposition. In addition, defendants are directe d to prepare an index of those documents, accompanied by a designation of the number of pages for each document or category of documents indexed. Defendants shall provide a copy of the index to plaintiff and this Court by no later than 11/21/2017. U pon receipt and review of the index, plaintiff may request that defendants copy and provide to him without cost a reasonable number of the indexed documents, limited to no more than 200 pages. Defendants shall provide copies of the documents request ed by plaintiff within 14 days of plaintiff's request. The following claims are dismissed sua sponte: (1) all claims for injunctive and declaratory relief, (2) the ADA and Rehabilitation Act claims for money damages against the defendants in their individual capacities, (3) th e ADA and Rehabilitation Act claims for money damages against the defendants in their official capacities, and (4) the § 1983 claims for money damages against the defendants in their official capacities. Notably, the Court substitutes DOCCS as the defendant for the official-capacity claims for money damages under the ADA and Rehabilitation Act. Additionally, the motions to dismiss by the following defendants are GRANTED, and thus, they are dismissed from the case: Abbott, Atwoo d, Bellnier, Bianconi, Bradley, Burri, Colvin, Crance, Fischer, Lt. Gardener, Koenigsmann, Lempke, Levac, Parish, Patches, Piccolo, Scranton, Seidel, Sheahan, Terry, Trombly, Van Buren, and Wuest. Additionally, the Court sua sponte dismisses O'Connor from the case.
