-CLERK TO FOLLOW UP-DECISION AND ORDER denying 9 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; granting 12 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. The Court determines that the ALJs decision is supported by substantial evidence in the Record and the Cour t affirms the judgment of the Commissioner of Social Security. 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Therefore, Plaintiffs motion for judgment on the pleadings, ECF No. 9, is denied, and the Commissioners cross-motion for judgment on the pleadings, ECF No. 12, is granted.
