December 28, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 8 DECISION AND ORDER: Because Plaintiff has failed to file with this Court the written consent of the United States Attorney General or her designee for Plaintiff to reapply for admission into the United States, the Court concludes that Plaintiff cann ot appear at any potential trial of this matter, and this case is therefore dismissed for Plaintiff's inability to prosecute this action. The Court further certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a), that any appeal from this Order would no t be taken in good faith and leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals as a poor person is denied. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438 (1962). Any request to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal should be directed by motion to the Un ited States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in accordance with Rule 24 of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure.
