Plaintiff's ADA discrimination claims, her Title VII hostile work environment and retaliation claims, her Title VII claims against all individual defendants, and her NYHRL claims against individual defendants Cutaia, Seeger and Keysa, are dismissed in their entirety, with prejudice.Material questions of fact prevent dismissal of plaintiff's Title VII gender based discrimination claims relating to her demotion, and her NYHRL claims against individual defendant Trippe, and those claims may proceed.
