TEXT ORDER.Plaintiff, a "prisoner" pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(h), has submitted a #1 Complaint, by counsel, seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. 1983. The filing fee has been paid and summonses have been issued for service on the defendants by counsel #4 .
