Filing 6 TEXT ORDER: On October 19, 2022, the Court dismissed Plaintiff's Complaint with prejudice, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A(b), and declined to grant leave to amend. ECF No. #3 . Plaintiff now has filed a pleading labeled as a "Notice of Motion for Extension of Time" for Oct 19, 2022 Decision and Order #5 , asserting that 10 days is an insufficient time to "address issues that weren't address[ed] in motion."
