December 27, 2010 Opinion or Order Filing 24 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 15 Motion to Dismiss and granting in part and denying in part 18 Motion to Amend/Correct - Plaintiff's Title VII and state law claims are DISMISSED. Plaintiff's claim under the Age Discriminati on in Employment Act is allowed to continue.
