ORDER: The order granting the plaintiff IFP status expressly provided that service of process would be withheld pending completion of judicial screening as provided by 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2). The judicial screening required by statute has not yet been completed. Accordingly, the Court will not order service of process as provided by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) until the judicial screening is completed. The plaintiff must refrain from attempting service on the defendants or otherwise circumventing the statutory judicial screening process, and must comply with all court orders. Any defendant who received a copy of the complaint directly from the plaintiff is not required to respond at this time. Service will be ordered by the Court after the completion of screening, if appropriate. The plaintiff shall serve a copy of this order on each defendant to whom he sent his complaint.
