Filing 4 ORDER - The court ORDERS as follows: 1) Plaintiffs' requests to proceed as a class action, for appointment of counsel, to seal exhibits filed in support of the complaint, and for joinder as plaintiffs are DENIED; 2) The clerk is DIRECTED to open new actions on behalf of each named plaintiff, with the exception of plaintiff Wendt whose individual action will remain under the current case number; 3) The clerk is further DIRECTED to send each plaintiff the court's prisoner civil rights package, preprinted with his individual case number on the blank complaint form and the in forma pauperis application. Plaintiff Wendt need not complete the in forma pauperis application since he has paid the majority of the filing fee; 4) Within 21 days of entry of this order, plaintiffs Brandon S. Goins, David W. Hemrick, Dallas M. Bullock, Reginald Millard, Allen Littlejohn, Lucas Molesky, Trenton Shew, Quintin Taylor, Reginald L. Butler, Corey Moore, Roger L. Taylor, John Doe (also known as Rodney Jeter), and Prince E. Hannah must file in their separate individual actions an application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the full filing fee by money order in the amount of #402, payable to Clerk, U.S. District Court. Plaintiff Wendt is DIRECTED to send the additional $2.00 for his filing fee within 21 days of entry of this order; 5) Also within 21 days of entry of this order, all plaintiffs must file a new complaint in their individual actions that complies with the instructions in the order, on the court's prescribed complaint form; 6) Plaintiffs' new complaints will remain subject to the screening provisions of 28 U.S.C. 1915A or 1915(e)(2)(B), as applicable; and 7) The court warns all plaintiffs that failure to comply with the instructions in this order may result in dismissal of their individual actions for failure to prosecute or failure to comply with a court order.
