TEXT ORDER - Ordinarily at this juncture the court would trigger the parties' scheduling conference activities, and deadline for provision of their joint report and plan through issuance of initial order regarding planning and scheduling. However, upon review of the record in this matter, the court on its own initiative has identified this case as one that may be suitable for early alternative dispute resolution or court hosted settlement conference. Therefore, the parties are DIRECTED to file within 14 days of the date of this order a status report specifying whether the parties may wish to set aside time now in the case schedule for early alternative dispute resolution or court hosted settlement conference. If so, the parties shall propose a consent order including schedule for alternative dispute resolution, or the parties shall propose three alternative dates of availability for court hosted settlement conference.
