MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Signed by JUDGE THOMAS D. SCHROEDER on 2/5/2016. For the reasons stated herein, the Officer Defendants' 45 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is GRANTED. All remaining claims against Defendant Yount are her eby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. In addition, Count III of the Complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as against all Defendants. The City's 53 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. All claims against the City are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs' 39 Motion to Exclude the Expert Testimony of Ann C.
