TEXT ORDER - This matter is before the court upon its transfer from the Western District of North Carolina. Where this action arises from an alleged incident that occurred in Durham, North Carolina, and where defendant sought transfer to this district, allowed by the magistrate judge sitting in Charlotte, on the erroneous assumption that Durham is in the Eastern District of North Carolina, unless good cause be shown within 14 days why the case should still be maintained in this district, of its own initiative, this court transfers the case to the Middle District of North Carolina, completing its tour of North Carolina and resting it finally where it should reside.
