ORDER stating Plaintiff's Fourteenth Amendment excessive force claim survives initial review against all Defendants in accordance with this Order. Plaintiff's remaining claims, including his official capacity claims, are DISMISSED. The Plaintiff shall identify Defendants John Doe 1 and John Doe 2 in accordance with the terms of this Order.
