Filing 19 ORDER that The Amended Complaint survives initial review under 28 U.S.C. § 1915 against Defendants Baker and Smith for deliberate indifference to a serious medical need; against Defendants Ingram and Holden for the use o f excessive force; against Defendant Ingram for unconstitutional conditions of confinement; and against Defendant Ingram for retaliation.(2) The remaining claims are dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).Plaintiffs Letters, (Doc. N os. 15, 16), are construed as motions for the appointment of counsel and are DENIED.
