The failure to timely comply with this Order may result in dismissal of the petition without further notice to Petitioner. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall return the completed Section 2255 form, signed under penal ty of perjury, within twenty (20) days of this Order and is advised that the failure to do so may result in dismissal of this action without prejudice.
