ORDER that Plaintiff's claims based on failure to protect, gross negligence, and use of excessive survive initial review in accordance with this Order. Plaintiff's claim based on denial of medical care fails initial review and is DISMISSED. Plaintiff's #9 , #10 , #11 and #12 Motions are DENIED and Plaintiffs #14 filing is STRICKEN from the record. The Clerk is to mail Plaintiff a blank Subpoena to Produce Documents, Information, or Objects form.
