Opinion and Order signed by Judge James S. Gwin on 8/27/13. The Court grants in part and denies in part defendants' motion for summary judgment. The claims against Defendants Holder and Mueller are dismissed. Plaintiff's motion fo r summary judgment is granted in part an denied in part. DHS defendants shall, within 120 days of this order, schedule an interview for plaintiff related to his naturalization application. Defendants' motion to dismiss is denied as moot.
