| Minutes of proceedings [non-document] Teleconference held on July 15, 2020. Attending for Plaintiff were Attorneys Sandra M. Kelly and Christopher D. Kuebler; attending for Defendant was Attorney Charles A. Bowers. The purpose of the teleconference was to determine how to address the parties dispute efficiently. Counsel reported that they had discussed private mediation prior to the teleconference. Accordingly, it was agreed that the parties will spend the next several months exchanging information and pursuing private mediation. The Court scheduled a follow up teleconference with counsel and clients beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2020. The call-in instructions for the October 15 teleconference will be the same as for the July 15 teleconference.
